Madison Sawyer tossed a complete game in Jones' Region 23 Tournament-opener vs. #13 Itawamba, allowing one earned run with five strikeouts and two walks. She was also 2-for-4 at the plate with an RBI. Sawyer improved to 19-1 on the year with a 15th complete game.

Chloe Skelton, Northeast Mississippi Community College

Chloe Skelton had a sensational start to the Poplarville Regional. She had five hits in the Tigers' first two games, including three extra base hits with a double and two homers. She scored three times and added three RBI. She reached safely in 6 of 7 plate appearances (.857) with a 2.000 slugging percentage.

Otto Hyche, Northeast Mississippi Community College
(Sophomore, P - Starkville, Miss., 18)
In a defacto playoff game for the final postseason spot in the region tournament, ULM commit Otto Hyche picked up the win for Northeast over Meridian by tossing 5.1 innings with four hits, four walks, seven strikeouts (one off a season-high) and only one run (earned) allowed.

Brett Haas, Northeast Mississippi Community College
(Freshman, INF - Paducah, Ky., 20)
Brett Haas reached base safely in 5 of 7 plate appearances (.714 OBP) as Northeast split with Meridian in its regular season finale to secure a postseason berth. Haas had a double, scored a run and singled twice in the series.
