NJCAA Region 23 Men's and Women's Basketball All-Tournament Teams Announced

JACKSON, Miss. - The NJCAA Region 23 All-Tournament Team was announced after the conclusion of the men's and women's tournament concludes.The All-Tournament team is selected by the head coaches represented in the tournament.
